Qualifications:

• Great at engaging with patients and office staff
• Organized, knowledgeable on how to use spreadsheets, google drive and are able to create graphs and powerpoints.
• Able to learn, use, update, and monitor multiple platforms
• Proficient in English and Spanish (Bilingual, biliterate)

This position requires:

• Speaking with patients daily
• Virtual Interfacing
• Understanding and explaining health insurance coverage
• Direct Communication with Doctors

Preferred qualification (not required):

• Healthcare knowledge
