As a growing residential insulation contractor, we are in need of an insulation installer for the following weatherization services: blown-in fiberglass and batt insulation, air sealing, drywall, LED lighting installations, etc. Competitive compensation and raises available. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Must be willing to work in attic spaces.

** Drywall experience is preferred, but not required. **

You will join a team of specialists who provide our customers with a variety of home energy efficiency services. We are looking for experienced installers to ensure quality installations of insulation and other weatherization products including energy audits, air sealing, attic fans, and thermostats. All training will be provided.

Qualifications:

Experience in the construction industry preferred, not required. Base compensation dependant on work experience.

Candidates must be capable of working indoors and outdoors on ladders and with small machinery, drills, and hand tools.

Physically capable of maneuvering through attic and crawl spaces.

Must have good organization and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers.

Be able to problem solve and work through different situations.

Good time management skills and being punctual.

Must have valid drivers’ license and non-negligent driving record.

Pass DOT physical.'
