POSITION: K-1 Instructional Aide

TERM: 9-month positions

SUMMARY: Support students in the classroom or small group settings. May also include providing supervision in the lunchroom, on the playground during recess, or outside/in the hallways before/after school.

Additional Duties
Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Equipment
Uses standard office and school equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy machines, laminating machines and telephone.

Travel Requirements
No travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with students and staff
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Experience working with complex student behaviors preferred
