Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our Orchard Park, NY location.

Responsibilities:

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

• Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
• Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
• Resolve customer concerns
• Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
• Provide customer follow-up as required
• Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results

Requirements:

• 1-2 years inside sales experience required
• Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred
• Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
