ProFast is a second generation owned family business that started in 1986 in the Philadelphia area. ProFast operates in the construction product distribution business and has 4 locations with its Corporate Office now located in Harrisburg, PA. Successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 3 Plus years’ experience in a similar role
• Construction Industry Experience required
• Material Distribution Experience
• Ability to work on a team
• Can do attitude is a must
• Proven track record of success in similar role
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Purchasing inventory

Inside Sales Professional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the order entry process via all sales channels
• Providing Quotes / Pricing to external customers and outside sales
• Demonstrate product knowledge to customer & make recommendations
• Order Tracking through their lifecycle
• Maintain Open sales order reports
• Maintain Open PO reports
• Manage monthly expense reports in Concur
• Process direct ship orders to vendor
• Responsible for providing superior customer service
• Quote follow up
• Process direct shipments with our vendors
• Purchasing of Inventory
• Continual process improvement.
• Personal development and self education
• Accountable for information in the Employee handbook
• Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner and willingly excepts other duties as assigned by appropriate personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
