Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Project Management – You’ll communicate with customers and Service Professionals to schedule projects and services efficiently and accurately. You will help make changes to the jobs and manage customers expectations.
• Sales – You will follow up with customers on open opportunities and leads. You will be responsible for selling, scheduling and collecting payments.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $16 to $20 an hour and is dependent on your experience.

Additional benefits for Full Time employees include: Paid holidays and vacation. Health and retirement benefits. Opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
