As a key member of our Solutions Architecture and Engineering (SAE) group, you will help ensure our cloud and on-premises infrastructure supports our continued growth with service reliability, performance, efficiency, and security. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating the infrastructure and applications focused on Analytics Platform technologies. You will work closely with clients and OHIA team members to understand stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions in our Cloud (Azure) environment. You will:

• Design and implement infrastructure/application build, release, deployment, and configuration activities
• Perform pipeline automation, optimization, and management
• Architect, orchestrate, and automate the Citrix Infrastructure and service deployment
• Gather requirements
• Prototype, architect, implement, and update solutions
• Build and execute test plans
• Perform quality reviews
• Triage and fix operational issues

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Azure and AWS service offerings, including computing design, provisioning, and tuning

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Azure core services; VMs, Blobs, Key Vaults, Networking, VNets, ExpressRoute and other Azure Infrastructure and Services
• Advanced knowledge and experience to support, and deploy Cloud computing services, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS deployments
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces
• Expert knowledge of system administration and security protocols for client/server environment deployed using Windows and working knowledge using Linux
• Advanced experience understanding and experience working with high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and potentially hybrid cloud environments
• Advanced knowledge and experience with logging/monitoring using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prisma, and CloudHealth etc.
• Experience in scripting ARM Templates, Terraform etc.
• Expert knowledge of related technologies including encryption, IPsec, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls, proxy services, LAN/WAN connectivity
• Experience with HPC computing environment and components in Azure and AWS
• Containers and Server-less compute experience required
• Detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of Infrastructure technologies including clustering, redundancy, etc.
• Experience in Windows Active Directory Administration and Group Policy Objects
• Experience on both Windows Server (2008 and up to the latest versions) and Windows Desktop (7 and up to the latest versions) Operating Systems
• In-depth knowledge of DC Technologies (Active Directory, GPOs, Wintel, VMware, DNS, DHCP, Networks, Firewall, security etc.)
• Experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscalers, Web Interface/StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning and Machine Creation Services (MCS), App-V Integration, Citrix App-Layering, Citrix Workspace Environment Manager
• Proficient in implementing end-to-end Citrix Desktop Virtualization, Virtual Workspace & Application Delivery solutions
• Advanced Linux experience - Linux System (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
• Experience working in an Agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems, which may include software installations, updates, and core services

While this is a hybrid position you must be local to Los Angeles, as you can be required to be onsite within a 4 hour timeframe
