Small World Learning Center is now accepting applications for childcare employees.
We are looking for both lead and assistant teachers for children ranging from ages birth to 2 1/2 years. Our center is open from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. Both part-time and full-time positions are available and hours will vary depending on the needs of the center. Starting salary for assistant teachers is $11.50/hr and starting salary for lead teachers is anywhere from $13-$15/hr depending on qualifications.
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
-Have a passion to work with children
-Possess a High School Diploma
-Have at least 1 year of experience working with children
-Leads must possess a CDA, degree, or be working towards a degree
-Be able to kneel, squat, lift, bend and carry children of various sizes and weights
-Be a positive role model for the children in the program
-Be able to pass a fingerprint background check
-CPR & First Aid Certified
-TB test
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
