Schedule: Friday - Monday

Time: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm however flexibility is key & candidate will be compensated for overtime

Salary: $35 an hour

with guaranteed overtime time with a rate of time and a half

All About the Position: An incredibly loving family in Beverly Hills is seeking a dedicated long term career nanny to assist in ensuring their beloved 1 year old is reaching their greatest potentials through encouragement, enriching play, and compassion. The family is seeking someone who has a sincere passion for the field of child development, and who is eager to help transition their child from infancy to toddlerhood. This position is a wonderful opportunity for nannies who have experience being with families long term, and who are familiar with the pace of a ROTA nanny position. The schedule the family is seeking fulfillment calls for someone who is available every Friday at 1:00 pm through Monday 1:00 pm. Please note, this is not a live in position, this is a position that will see the nanny being hands on during the child's waking hours, and clocking out when the child has been put down for sleep at the end of each night. Duties for this position will include but will not be limited to, keeping the child engaged and tracking their developmental growth through planned age appropriate activities and play based philosophies. Assisting with bathing, clothing, and feeding. Ensuring all environments the child is in are safe, secure, and appropriately stimulating. Participating in sensory activities, as well as music and movement activities. Developing a love of literature within the child be fostering story time play. And doing all of the above, while remaining patient, mindful of modeling desired behavior, and projecting warmth.

All About the Ideal: The ideal candidate has past experience as a long term nanny with an emphasis on their infancy expertise shining brightly on their resume. The ideal has been with a family for many years prior, and has experience transitioning children from infancy to toddlerhood and into preschool / school age. The family is seeking someone dependable, honest, and an effective communicator. They also need someone who is comfortable working both alone, one on one with the child, as well as someone who is an excellent team player, as the home is fully staffed. They are seeking someone who knows how to read a room, take initiative, learn, and grown alongside with them for years to come!

All About the Requirements:

Must have 10 years prior nanny experience & recent infant experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must have great spoken and written English skills

Must have a clean background

Must be up to date on all vaccinations

Must have at least 3 verifiable references from families you have worked for/with
