Position: Industrial Batch Mixer

Location: Troy, VA

Summary:

Har-Tru, LLC is looking for an Industrial Batch Mixer, to measure and manufacture HTSC according to formulation while ensuring we maintain a 6S work environment. With additional ability of being able to perform lab testing and mixing trouble shooting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Precisely measure materials according to formulation.
• Precisely mix materials according to formulation.
• Operate large capacity mixer
• Package product for storage and shipment
• Label product according to guidelines and state regulatory requirements.
• Ability to perform basic lab testing and communicate with Chemist for adjustments.
• Ability to troubleshoot mixing issues to improve mixing performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mixing equipment for maintenance.
• Ensuring all production product passes QC before being inventories
• Complete understanding and adherence to 6S Manufacturing
• Ensure proper labeling are placed on products.
• Pulling properly securing products for shipment.
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Receiving materials
• Locating inventory in system

Job Requirements:

• 2 years mixing experience
• Must be able to operate a variety of forklift types with precision and safely.
• Flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.
• Ability to lift 80 up to pounds
• Attention to detail and quality
• Must be organized
• High School Diploma preferred
