We are seeking In Room Dining (IRD) Servers with an authentic sense of hospitality, warm and positive demeanor who has excellent phone skills to execute company IRD Sequence of Service to serve guests food and beverage in a timely manner.

- Make guests feel comfortable and enhance guest experience
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Be knowledgeable of menu and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter into point-of-sale
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to rooms in a timely matter
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Maintain clean service areas
- Follow up on guests dining experience
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department as directed by the IRD Manager or Captain
QUALIFICATIONS/MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience required
- Be 21 years of age
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
