The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petition preparation. Responsible for preparing H, L and O visa petitions, as well as J-1 waiver applications. PERM expertise required, along with preparation of employer-sponsored and self-petitioned immigrant visa petitions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients in the immigration process. You will work closely with our attorneys and clients to ensure that all immigration-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to permanent immigration, including PERM applications, visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing clients for interviews and hearings with immigration officials.
- Managing client communication and ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and files related to immigration cases.
- Collaborating with other members of the legal team to ensure that all immigration-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on permanent immigration, PERM applications, and visa petitions.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
