Job description

YATES SERVICES, LLC a Tennessee based company providing Industrial Maintenance services to Nissan North America is seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to work at the Nissan Vehicle Assembly facility located in Smyrna, TN.

Successful candidates must exhibit a strong proficiency in Safety, Humidification, Dehumidification, Repair and PM of HVAC and related equipment including Controls, Instrumentation, Metering, Pumps, Air Handlers, and PLC’s, etc. in a production environment.

Successful candidates must be willing to perform a variety of installations, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for new and existing equipment. Work from PM and project schedules, drawings, SCHEMATICS, tables, wiring diagrams and OEM manuals.

Experience with Clean rooms, chilled water systems, heat exchangers and hot water applications a plus.
