HVAC Service Technician-Residential-Property Management

Tech will provide HVAC services for residential properties. Provide annual maintenance services along with repairs and daily service calls.

Requirements - Maintenance Service Technician

• 3 years experience in HVAC diagnosis, installations and repairs.
• Must be EPA Certified.
• Working knowledge of general HVAC service/maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Has reliable truck and basic maintenance tools
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Professional in demeanor and appearance - Customer service oriented
• Able to communicate effectively both in oral and written correspondence (this position involves the need for clarity and accuracy in paperwork and work orders)
• Well organized as this position requires you to create and maintain your own schedule on a weekly basis
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Pre-employment drug screening required

Job duties - HVAC Maintenance Service Technician

• Tech will provide HVAC services for residential properties. Provide annual maintenance services along with repairs and daily service calls.
• Provide HVAC maintenance services to tenants throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas as assigned
• This position requires technician to drive 4-8 hours in a day.
