JOB DUTIES

We are searching for a candidate with thorough diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and strong experience servicing fuel heating systems (oil, natural gas & propane), air-source heat pump systems and central AC systems.

Most daily duties will consist of service calls, periodic maintenance along with assisting with installations when needed. This position is part of an on-call rotation schedule from November through March with a set Mon-Fri schedule for the remainder of the year.

Candidates must be professional, collaborative, well-organized and able to work in the field immediately following their initial onboarding and orientation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience servicing and installing HVAC systems (3+ years required)
• Experience working as a lead HVAC technician.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Commitment to a high level of craftsmanship and overall professionalism.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA 608 License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
