About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Human Services Worker/Social Worker in our Sheldon, IA location. The Human Services Worker/Social Worker will provide recovery-focused services to individuals suffering from mental health challenges. They’ll recommend and implement evidence-based practices to improve clients’ daily functioning and prepare clients for and support clients during the therapeutic process and ensure clients have access to high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally-responsive services.

Salary Range

$ 18.27 - $ 22.60 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is required
• Two years of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, individuals with SED, SMI, and COD, persons impacted by trauma, and individuals from diverse cultures and/or backgrounds is preferred but not required
• Bi-lingual candidates are preferred but not required
• Travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
