The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing administrative support, recruitment solutions, and assisting with employee relations. This role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy of information for reporting, payroll, or benefits. The incumbent will be the primary point person for appointment/data entry (HRIS), recruitment support in our North Carolina facility.

Position Functions:

· Inputs, maintains, audits, extracts, and analyzes confidential HR data from ADP Workforce Now HR Information System (HRIS). Initiates and updates changes in HRIS associated with various events such as job or organization changes, pay changes, process auditing, etc.

· Respond to general HR inquiries from associates and managers regarding policies and procedures, refers complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.

· Responsible or working with new hires in the pre-boarding, background check, drug screening, and onboarding process to make sure all information is accurate and company is compliant with employment laws.

· Complete employment eligibility documentation, including I-9's and E-Verify in a timely manner.

· Complete administrative duties such as creating email announcements, pre-planning meetings, creating agendas, mailing support, invoice support, taking notes, supporting travel and expense management; other duties as assigned.

· Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding training both virtually and/or in-person. Assist new hires with any questions about onboarding and general benefit assistance.

· Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate and process flow.

· Under supervision and direction of HR Manager, carry out administrative tasks related to FMLA processing, workman’s compensation, policy administration, and other HR compliance activities.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of human resources experience

· Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

· Previous experience in HRIS administration, ADP Workforce Now experience a plus!

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Outlook required.

· Team player with the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with all levels of staff and visitors, required.

· Able to operate with minimal supervision, proactive.

· Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
