We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional for our newly created Human Resources Generalist position. Interested candidates must submit a resume, a cover letter and complete the Indeed phone screen for consideration.
Neurotech, LLC is a leading provider in EEG studies specializing in routine and in-home, monitored EEG services as well as ICU/EMU monitoring. An EEG records electrical brain activity and assists in diagnosing whether a patient has seizures or epilepsy.

Location: Waukesha, WI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours/week; will consider a 32 hours/week (4 days) schedule.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements; exit interviews.
- Coordinates company sponsored social activities.
- Prepares and maintains the employee handbook.
- Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are completed timely.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Maintains and monitors worker's compensation files.
- Maintains employee personnel files.
- Assists with benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefits information to employees. Organizes and manages annual open enrollment communications and election process.Assists in evaluation of reports and meeting department goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains human resource records and compiles reports from the database.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Administers COBRA benefits.
Pay Rate: $24.25 to $27.50 an hour. Wage based on experience and credentials. Non-exempt (hourly).
Travel: Travel to various worksites possible.
Education/Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- At least 3 years of HR experience required.
- HR certification preferred.
