Job description

Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to work fully on-site at their offices in Secaucus, NJ to be the right hand for their HR Generalist handling all areas of HR. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with this solid organization!

  • Assist in all areas of HR including recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientations, and benefits.
  • Data entry of temporary employees' hours into Excel.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Good time management skills are required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ideally looking for someone with 1 year of HR experience, or an HR internship.
  • Payroll experience is a plus (company uses Paychex) but will train to act as the back-up for the Payroll Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Secaucus, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
