Our facility in Fletcher, North Carolina, will be operational in Q3 2022. The manufacturing operation is being established in phases, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a first rate finance professional to join Emtelle USA at the start of this exciting journey and to grow as the business does.

Requirement Overview:

We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team in Fletcher, North Carolina. Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, the ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will facilitate daily HR functions, support recruitment and hiring needs, implement HR policies and provide general administrative support. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

What you’ll do:

  • . Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Responsible for the management of employee data, ensure the accuracy of time sheets, hourly and salaried wages, and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
  • Support Human Resource Business Partner to educate and enforce company policies
  • Help with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee personnel files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
  • Organize, maintain and update personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves of absence etc.) in HRIS database and ensure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential
  • Administer and track benefit plans, including health care, retirement, Workers Comp, etc.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to employees
  • Foster positive employee relations
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and support other functions as assigned

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Associate degree in human resources or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of HR process and best practices
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking
  • Positive and personable demeanor, excellent collaborator, attentive listener
  • Ability to handle stressful situations related to employee relations
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
  • Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
