Sarah Bush Lincoln's Human Resources team is growing!

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated departments. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary HR point of contact for assigned departments. Conducts weekly meetings and consults with supervisors and management, providing HR guidance (recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, etc.) when appropriate.
• Remains aware of current status of positions available and actively works toward filling vacancies.
• Analyzes trends and metrics (quality of hire, vacancy, turnover, etc.) in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Seeks marketing opportunities (career days, job fairs, general speaking engagements) and makes effective presentations re: health care careers, SBL career opportunities, and the overall positive culture of SBL.
• Sources applicants through job posting, social media, advertisements, job fairs, professional recruiters, school contacts, etc.
• Coordinates all phases of applicant to onboarding of candidates. Encourages and reviews new employee surveys to identify and address any trend as needed.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.35 per hour
