Job description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all general human resources functions. This role will primarily be responsible for pre-employment processes, maintenance of employee files and new employee orientation employee recognition, processing all regulatory requirements for the department, updating position controls, employment verification, and management of HR databases.

Qualifications
The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Human Resources Director.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business or related field required.
Experience: 3+ years in human resource administration preferred; previous healthcare experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: None required; PHR or SPHR preferred.
Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning human resource administration in a health care setting.
Supervision Received: Director of Human Resources
