THE ROLE – Human Resource Analyst

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, friendly person who is ready to join our team!

JOB DUTIES

This position with work closely with the HR Manager and Payroll Specialist to analyze certain aspects of the payroll and time keeping system. This person will compile data for management to review and ensure best practices and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be thorough, detail oriented and desire to work in a team environment.

• Reviewing time sheets to present to management on trends found
• Assist HR in conducting audits and compiling data within the payroll system for management to review
• Track leave of absences
• Aid with data entry of payroll fringe for required Davis Bacon and Prevailing Wage jobs
• Run needed job labor reports for management
• Assist payroll with distributing certified payroll reports
• Aid with additional administrative duties needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Office experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products; especially outlook and excel
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Team oriented focus
• Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
