Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a new full-time HRIS Manager position.
In this role you will take the lead on managing Liberty Healthcare’s human resources, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, and e-learning systems which serve over 1,300 professionals who work across fifteen states.
You will partner with Liberty Healthcare’s Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Finance, Director of Payroll, and Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serving as Liberty Healthcare’s subject matter expert on the UKG and Dimensions platforms
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of Liberty Healthcare’s business needs and HRIS capabilities
- System implementation, configuration and testing
- Training and consulting with human resources, payroll and operations leadership
- Resolving simple to complex system issues
- Developing, supporting and evolving workflows
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Providing end-user support as needed
- Working closely with internal technology solutions to integrate Liberty’s HRIS with overall application architecture and related security and network standards, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards

You may primarily work remotely from your home office and will be required to travel occasionally to Liberty Healthcare’s corporate office in suburban Philadelphia as well as service locations nationwide.
You are a good fit for this position if you have at least three or more years of experience managing complex and highly configurable commercial human resources information systems solutions for a complex national organization in excess of 700 staff.
You should also have deep knowledge of human resource and payroll workflows and business processes.
You should be a problem solver and strategic thinker, but also enjoy being ‘hands-on’ when necessary. You should also have a ‘no job is too small’ attitude and outstanding relationship skills.
Experience with UKG, UltiPro, Kronos, Dimensions, and/or Relias is not required, but helpful.
