Under the general supervision of the HRIS Director, this position will be responsible for and have oversight of all HRIS databases.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Primary support for ADP WFN, ADP Vantage, ADP RM and time and attendance systems.
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Developing and implementing processes for efficient HR data management.
  • Development of workflows and Deployment of Manager and Employee Self Service
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Conducting ongoing audits to ensure data integrity with HR-related interfaces, both inbound and outbound.
  • Support the execution of core recruiting processes utilizing ADP WFN/Vantage.
  • Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
  • Create user documentation and procedures and assist in training users on system functionality.
  • Site Admin and Subject Matter Expert for all HR systems.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2years of experience with HRIS databases, payroll and time and attendance systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and streamline processes.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Payroll Software, ADP and e- time experience desirable.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
