OnesourcePCS, LLC (OPCS) is seeking a full-time HR Specialist to assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m.

Job Specific Duties

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with the management team to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the new hire requirements are accurately documented, maintained in files and remains confidential
  • Assists with day-to-day activities to support the HR, payroll and other related functions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills; required experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe, Google suite or related software

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • At least 1 year of human resource management experience required.
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience required.
