Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for coordinating and documenting Human Resources administration, process documentation, process improvement, and data reporting that supports the HR team objectives. Administers HR service delivery ensuring compliance with local and federal guidelines as well as process consistency. Provides confidential technical and administrative support to VP of Human Resources and establishes significant knowledge of Agency-wide and Human Resources related policies, procedures and practices.

Reporting Relationships

This is an administrative position and reports to the VP of Human Resources. This position has no direct reports.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Create, read, analyze, file, retrieve and organize documentation

2. Produce status reports and spreadsheets to analyze information and data

3. Collaborate with staff and other teams to create policies, procedures and work instructions

4. Provide confidential technical and administrative support to VP of Human Resources and team

5. Review, edit and format draft and finalized materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with policies and procedure and appropriate English usage including grammar, punctuation and spelling

6. Assist the HR team with projects to include creating tailor-made spreadsheets to use to analyze information and data etc.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Technical Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration, preferably in human resources setting.

2. High School Diploma or equivalent

3. Two year post high school education in Human Resources or a combination of experience and education that is equivalent to the level of knowledge obtained in an Associate’s degree in Human Resources.
