Our time-tested manufacturing quality standards support today’s critical environments with our cleanroom wipers from woven and non-woven materials; both dry and presaturated alcohol wipes in validated sterile wipe options. FG Clean Wipes has been a member of the Filtration Group since 2017.
The Human Resources Generalist will administer the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Generalist will administer the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Develops and administers specific internal training programs for employee development.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Prefer BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related concentration
- 4+ years of experience in a human resources and talent management environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- Experience with organizational training and development
- Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization
- Industrial/Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Experience of building and developing a strong culture within an organization
- Strategically partners with senior leadership to manage complex business initiatives and effectively meet the needs of businesses.
- High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and other related Microsoft products.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Work Environment : Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.
Travel: up to 15%
