BASIC PURPOSE
Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.

Main Ingredients of the Job!
As a US FOODS® HR Coordinator, you provided support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, and training.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am -5pm)
Rate of Pay: Ranges Based on Experience
Great HR Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our HR Coordinators strive for integrity and reliability while building trusting relationships with team members
.
What you bring to the table/Related Experience/Requirements:
A Minimum of 3 years work experience in human resources is required.
- Extensive Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience preferred.
- Pivotal Table Analytics as well as knowledge in Leave Administration, Short Term, Workers Comp, and FMLA administrations.
- Regulations concerning Federal and local State(s) employment laws to include but are not limited to ADA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA, FLSA, and Title VII.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department, warehouse, and division.
- Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Recent working knowledge and experience with HRIS required
- Recent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Experience with Access and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Prior experience in a Federal Contractor environment preferred.
- Experience with Leave Administration
Education/Training:
- Some college or Associate's Degree is preferred.
