MORE ON THE ROLE:
The Housing First Advocate focuses on applying crisis management coaching to the day-to-day issues that arise in the lives of those we serve. In this role you would be working out of our housing first facilities in which your primary responsibility would be providing professional in-person and over-the-phone problem solving and support. You must keep excellent documentation to better serve our clients. This role is a wonderful way to expand your skills in de-escalation and crisis management. You must be able to build trust and rapport easily with outside stakeholders. You will join a growing team of energetic and driven individuals that are committed to improving the quality of life in our community. In addition, you will participate in weekly meetings with your supervisor and team, as well as coordinate with the client’s larger care team.
