Housekeeper
Job description
The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the leasing office and community amenity areas. The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to clean turnover apartments and keep the leasing office, breezeways, and common amenity areas clean and free of trash and debris while maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. On-call and weekend hours may be required.
Responsibilities include tasks like dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, bathtubs, kitchen and kitchen appliances, washing dishes, cleaning linens, windows, and more. Maintaining positive resident relations and superior services are required. Bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and walking are required. The ideal candidate is able to work independently and pays attention to detail.
