Team Embrey is seeking a HOUSEKEEPER to support our Property Management team.

As a HOUSEKEEPER, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms, and laundry facilities daily.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify Maintenance Supervisor of items to order.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping experience in Property Management or a similar position
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: Florida Region (Orlando); Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
