Jones-Harrison is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join our team! The RN House Supervisor will provide supervision and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in multiple resident care units.

Pay: $37.00 to $43.00 per hour depending upon experience (w/additional shift differential - $2)

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Organize and oversee resident care delivery during an assigned shift, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Supervise nursing staff and providing feedback on performance and addressing concerns
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
• Notifies Nurse Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of MN
• Current CPR certification
• 2 years of previous House Supervisor experience preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations as they relate to long term care.
• Must receive a “not disqualified” criminal background result from DHS and may not be on the OIG exclusions list
• In accordance with CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption
