Job Description

Responsible for maintaining all standards of quality and productivity for the hotel as related to the Maintenance/Engineering operations.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

· Responding to reports of non-functioning equipment in hotel

· Maintaining rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed

· Repairing and maintaining room’s heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems

· Performing routine equipment checks and repairs

· Maintaining the condition of the hotel lobby

· Replacing and repairing all appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures; executing general plumbing as needed

- Must drive the hotel shuttle when requested

- Helping in other departments such as Housekeeping and Breakfast when requested

Requirements and Skills:

- Drivers License

· Available to work flexible hours

· Able to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time

· Able to continuously reach, grasp, push and pull

· Knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials used in building maintenance

· General maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, fabrication
