Comfort Inn & Suites Daphne in Daphne, AL is looking for one hotel breakfast attendant to join our 25-person strong team. We are located on 29793 Woodrow Lane. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times.

Responsibilities

*Promptly greets quests in a professional and friendly manner. *Communicates often and well with Hotel Staff. *Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet. *Responsible for making sure that all items are set up on the buffet table and are put away at the end of the breakfast hours. *Responsible for restocking items and reporting items needed to Manager, cleaning tables, mopping floors, cleaning toaster, microwave, coffee machine and food displays. *Keep preparation area clean. *Stock and operate Grab and Go breakfast station. *Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. *Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. *Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance. *Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. *Conduct training and/or orientation of various personnel in related job function as required.

Breakfast Attendant Requirements:

*Speak with others using clear and professional language. *Must be a morning person and extremely professional and customer service oriented. *High school diploma or equivalent. *Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role. *Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines. *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. *Ability to stand for extended periods of time. *Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. *Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills. *Attentive to detail. *Friendly, service-driven disposition. *Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
