Job description

This is an Assistant Hotel Manager position, once trained you will be expected to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, as well as coordinating all staff on the clock, check guests in as needed, address any guest concerns. This role is critical role for our business so while we don't need any hospitality experience, we need to know you will present well to guests, as well as be dependable and honest.

Responsibilities; Manage our housekeeping and maintenance staff schedules and issues. Coordinate and upkeep current validation systems. Check in guests&address their needs as they come up. Observe and lead best practices. Make critical calls with a "business & customer first" mindset, to decrease costs and increase profits and customer satisfaction.

Succeeding at this role can lead to the General Manager position in the future.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experiance
• Team Player and a postive attitude
• Clean and Organized
• Responsible and Reliable and great interpersonal skills
• Hotel Front Desk or any office job experiance.
• Highschool Graduate

• Experiance using Word, Excel, CRM, Gmail
• Education in Hospitality or simillar

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
