Rudy's Inflight Catering is the pioneer and worldwide leader in the Aviation Inflight Catering business. Rudy's operates out of our headquarters in Teterboro, New Jersey. We also have an additional facility directly on the field at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, NY.

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At Rudy's we are proud of the 25 consecutive years of being recognized by the readers of Professional Pilot Magazine as the "Best Corporate Aviation Inflight Catering Facility". Our Rudy's team works daily to meet and exceed our client's diverse set of needs.

We are searching to fill a Hot line Cook position.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3PM to 9PM, Saturday & Sunday 3AM to 2PM

The selected candidate will ensure a high quality of food product while also being creative and have strong cooking skills to work with our Chef.

• Responsibilities include: Perform basic cooking tasks including; preparation of soups, sauces, sautéing, baking and broiling. Maintain portion standards and food presentation.
• Read the daily catering orders and ensuring that all hot items are prepared in a timely manner. He or She will track the inventory of stocked items to include products, packaging and supplies and inform management to order accordingly.
• Must make sure that the work area is clean, neat and organized at all times.

A 3-5 years experience preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner meals required. Ability to work closely with senior management.
