Job description
The Hot Behind You Hospitality Management Group is looking for talented hosts and hostessed for our five locations in the South Bay. Our locations include The Table, Forthright Oyster Bar & Kitchen, The Vesper, Shepherd & Sims, and Lamella Tavern. Each location has a dynamic feel and flow. By applying to this job listing you are applying to all locations. Our Human Resources team will determine where you would be a good fit. All candidates must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. One other service would be ideal but those three days are non-negotiable. You must be at least 18 years of age.
Job Details
Greet and Seat Guests
Present a welcoming demeanor
Balance walk-in traffic with reservations
Rotate seating between servers
Organize and Stock restrooms
Clean front area near host stand
Maximize restaurant seating
Requirements
Must be able to handle stress
Be great at customer service
Stand for long periods of time
Be available weekends
Be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
Compensation depends on your experience. All hosts are tipped after training. Pay scale $15-$20 per hour
