Division West, a local favorite for people in West Hartford, is expanding to Brookfield, CT! We offer a beautiful dine-in environment as well as carry-out for people looking to pick up their favorites on the go from a scratch kitchen. We are currently seeking a talented Host/Hostess who are as passionate as we are about great service, great food, and the customer experience.

Qualifications and Duties:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available!
• Greets guests and determines the number in their party.
• Seats guests by finding a clean, available table; pulls out chairs; places clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
• Guides guests through the dining rooms and provides any needed assistance.
• Moves and arranges tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
• Ensures place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other standard place setting items.
• Checks menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

What we ask:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
• Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!

Experience

No experience necessary, but an added plus if you do. We will train!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Brookfield, CT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
