Hospitality Coordinator (Law Firm)
Job description
We are seeking an entry-level Hospitality Coordinators to join our Cleveland team at IST Management! This is a direct hire, part-time position with IST Management, with the opportunity for advancement into site management roles and beyond. Prior experience in any type of office environment is a huge plus!

- Corporate Hospitality Services - Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas including kitchens, break-room and lunchroom areas. Perform vendor management for catering and other vendors as assigned. Communicate professionally and pro-actively with vendors, clients, and IST Management team.
- Kitchen Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and break-room areas.
- Stocking and Supply Replenishment - Monitor, replenish, and maintain snack, beverage, and other kitchen/break-room supply inventory levels.
- Catering - Order meals and beverages, provide professional meal setup (following all safe food handling practices).
- Conference Room Services - maintain conference rooms and supplies; execute meeting planning and set up in accordance with conference room schedules.
- Professional Appearance - Follow all company policies and procedures, verify uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional,
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Must have transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
