This position requires researching, planning, and ensure clients travel needs are handled from start to finish flawlessly. We are looking for applicants who can maintain a professional appearance when speaking with clients, and have outstanding communication skills. You will have access to countless vendors and suppliers, with all of the tools need to prepare an amazing once in a life trips for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and ensure travel itineraries meet and exceed client expectations
• Research travel destinations, and offer a variety of destination choices to clients
• Complete required training, including ongoing training opportunities
• Book travel for clients (including, but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, car rental, cruises, and event/ticket sales)
• Stay current on trends within the industry, to ensure you are providing clients with the most up to date information
• Message "Remote" To Nine Five Six, Two Seven Four, Zero Four Seven Six
• to schedule an Informational Meeting
• Answer phone calls, return voicemails, respond to emails, create excel/word documents
• Attend live ongoing training sessions
• Maintain appropriate documentation of clients travel forms
• Assist clients as needed with re-booking, rescheduling trips
• Stay engaged within team meetings
• Handle all travel needs for clients
• Follow up with clients pre and post their travels
• Provide amazing award-winning service to clients
• Respond to clients request promptly
• Provide travel material to clients, such as guides, maps, and program information)

Requirements

• Must be able at least 18 years of age,
• Self-motivated
• USA resident
• Must have access to a phone/laptop with reliable internet connection
• Must be great communicating via email or phone calls with clients
• Must have an outstanding personality, and absolutely love to travel
• Must be a team player, willing to help out, and wanting to become a leader within the team
