Requirements for working with us as a Home Health Aide HHA:

· Current NJ Certification as a Home Health Aide HHA

· High School Diploma or GED

· COVID vaccine and booster

· Two verifiable work references

· Able to pass a background check and drug screen

· Professional Attitude and Appearance

· Be able to read, write and speak English as needed for the job

· Reliable transportation to our cases in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties

Responsibilities of our Home Health Aides HHAs:

· Adheres to Agency policies and procedures and the State Practice Act.

· Performs work under the supervision of the company RN, reports to the RN and Office Management.

· Performs personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the RN which includes but is not limited to, assisting the client with activities of daily living, such as:

• Personal hygiene assistance

• Ambulation

• Eating

• Dressing

• Shaving

• Meal Preparation

· Performs light housekeeping tasks which will facilitate the client’s self-care at home. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

• vacuuming

• dusting

• sweeping or mopping floors

• doing dishes

• laundry

• cleaning bathrooms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
