Homecare Aid/Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Aid/Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Happiness Homecare. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential services that help our clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to provide high-quality, personalized care.

Key Requirements:

- Compassionate: Demonstrates empathy, kindness, and patience towards clients.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and care team. Bilingual/Spanish a plus!

- Reliable: Dependable and punctual. Consistently arrives on time and completes all assigned tasks.

- Physical ability: Must be physically able to assist clients with daily living activities, including standing, walking, transferring, and bathing.

- Driving Capability: Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from client homes, as well as to run errands or transport clients to appointments, activities, or outings.

- Flexibility: Able to adapt to changes in client needs and schedules. Willing to work weekends and holidays a plus.

- Preffered Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting.

- Preferred Training and Certification: Completed required training courses for caregiving. CPR and First Aid Certification a plus! WILL TRAIN!

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
