Job Title: X-Ray Technician (Temporary Full-time, Morning Shift)

Location: Westchester, NY

We are currently seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team in White Plains, NY. The position is temporary full-time and requires ARRT certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures on patients in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray procedures and provide diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists or other medical professionals
• Prepare patients for X-ray exams by explaining procedures, removing jewelry and other objects that may interfere with imaging, and positioning patients for optimal results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and exam results
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment

Requirements:

• ARRT certification is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an X-ray technician
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work morning shifts
