We are currently looking for a Hiring and Training Coordinator to help us continue to find and retain great talent. The position will be based out of our HQ offices located in Mesa, AZ.

Job Description

Staffing – 50%

  • Full-cycle recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, preparing interview questions, phone screening, contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications, and managing the application tracking system.
  • Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, social media platforms, and/or employee referrals.
  • Provide a positive first experience for all prospective new employees

Employee Training and Relations – 25%

  • Assign ongoing training and follow up with employees on completion
  • Assist in the maintenance of the training material to keep it relevant
  • Identify opportunities for the organization to improve on its training material
  • Monitor performance documentation compliance
  • Assist in defusing conflicts among team members
  • Present for performance discussions between management and employees

Administrative – 10-25%

  • Assist in the maintenance of customer accounts in internal billing systems
  • Schedule customers for onsite service when needed
  • Provide administrative support for store locations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of recruiting practices
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of human resource management practices and principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive and strong relationships with employees and customers.
  • High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Interviewing/Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
