Job Summary

We are seeking long-term, part-time teachers for PSAT/NMSQT®, SAT®, and ACT® test preparation in our Coppell, Flower Mound, Frisco, and Plano centers. Most teachers work at just one location, but more teaching hours may be available for teachers willing to teach at additional locations. The material covered by these exams includes high school and undergraduate level reading comprehension and grammar. Curriculum and paid training is provided. You would be teaching small groups of motivated students. Our teachers work year round. Most teach about 20-35 hours per week in the summer and about 4-6 hours per week during the school year (committing to most Saturdays or most Sundays), dependent on demand.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our teachers use our proven curriculum to teach reading and grammar, as they are tested on college admissions exams, to small groups of motivated students. You are responsible for prepping the material provided, presenting it effectively to our students, and adhering to your assigned schedule, which is based on your stated availability. During the school year, schedules must include either most Saturdays or most Sundays. During the summer, schedules can include day, evening, or Saturday availability.

Qualifications and Skills

You must have a Bachelor's Degree (field does not matter) and some teaching/coaching/mentoring/tutoring experience, and you must be able to perform at the highest levels on the tests that we teach.
