The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Please note this is a part-time temporary/freelance role.
• The Alterations department is open from Monday to Friday- 9:00am-5:00pm. Your schedule will be based on 20-25 hours per week or more hours as needed per workload. Must have a flexible schedule.
• Must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably working in a high-end luxury bridal fashion house.
• Able to complete alterations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Possess a polished image, professional demeanor, and have excellent communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, maintain energy and positivity, and have the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities.
• Punctuality is imperative and you must have an incredible work ethic.
• Must be able to provide three professional references.

Skills Summary:

· Capability to work with beading or other special fabrics.

· Knowledge of fine fabric (silk, linen, cashmere, etc.).

· Full knowledge of the complete alterations process is required by hand sewing and sewing machine.

· Ability to work with all alterations equipment (sewing machines, pressers, etc.) appropriately and safely.
