Plaid Pantries, Inc is a 106 location convenience store company in Portland, OR.

We are seeking a Help Desk Associate to join our team and provide technical support to our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to store personnel inquiries, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, an ability to work independently, and a comprehensive understanding of computer systems and software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to customers and colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide support for operating systems, applications, and other software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance on the use of computer systems and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
