We operate four limestone quarries, a river sand operation, a full service river terminal on the Mississippi River, and an underground warehouse. With four active production sites, we are one of the largest crushed stone producers in the Midwest area. This is a great time to join our team! We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Heavy Equipment Mechanic position at our St. Louis, MO location (Jefferson Barracks). This is a Union position with the Operating Engineers local 513.

General Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Conduct fuel, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of mobile equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel engines and hydraulics.
• Complete accurate written record of work performed.
• Communicate and work well with others in a safe and professional manner.

Desired Mechanic Qualifications:

• Vocational / Technical degree highly desired.
• Welding certifications are a plus
