Job description
Quala-Die, Inc. is now hiring for a full time Heat Treat Operator to join our team. In this role you would be responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties in heat treat operations on an off shift.
Responsibilities:
· Operate heat treat furnaces
· Ability to rig and fixture heat products for heat treat set up
· Safely setup, operate and regulate equipment related to heat treating according to company’s safety rules and procedures
· Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work area orderly
· Meet deadlines for any given project
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· Heat Treat experience preferred
· Able to communicate effectively with all levels
· Service attitude, commitment to safety and quality
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Must be able to stand and walk for 8-9 hours
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to work second shift
